I am an accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT) based in Cobh County Cork. I use CBT to help clients who are struggling with issues such as:

- Low Self-Esteem
- Addiction
- Stress
• Anxiety Disorders such as:
- Social Anxiety (includes Public Speaking Anxiety)
- Panic Attacks
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder (Constant Worrying)

- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
